Have you discovered the joy and the value of storytelling? For several decades, Sista’ Martha Ruff has performed stories, poems and songs that entertain and educate. The audience could be families in a library, adults visiting a museum or community groups at a holiday gathering.

Sista’ Martha comes on the stage with energy and enthusiasm that fills the room with African trickster tales, African American legends and the singing stories of the Caribbean. When the stories are over, the fun continues with Sista’ Martha’s resource list for families and teachers.
